I love Indian street food, it's always impressive to see how fast the hard-working vendors are at making the food. Always my favorite part of whenever I visit India and is for sure something I miss and hope to experience again soon. Loved tipping these guys generously too(I'd give like maybe 600 rupees if I was going to this place). There isn't any reason for us tourists to not tip them like that, they're charging prices meant for locals who make much, much less than we do, and that tip that we can 110% afford for sure can make some of these guys' days.

You can see the crust on the utensils, on the machinery, on the walls, dust on the floor. Finish the preparation of the product in the soil... All these things are easily remedied with a little information and will and it would be possible to avoid the high risks of food poisoning that comes with working in this way. I find it inconceivable that anyone would think that this place is clean enough. Hygiene does not cost money, although it does cost effort

If anyone want better and most hygienic food, then there so many option like restaurants/ food plaza etc. Restaurant foods are better then the street foods. Those people who eats the street foods are better digestive power. Even they digest stone also.🙂 He never put on the potato chips on the soil. He is maintaing cleanness as much as possible. Microorganism never sticks within two hours. If he sells within two hours, then none will infected. So it depends upon the choice of a person.
