It's all good but regular peanut butter 200 cal me 7.5 g protein dega(in approx 30g, 10g of peanuts has 2.5g of protein)jo ki, my fitness se zyada antar nahi he.

Milk ka 120 Calories good Fat nikaal dya. Aur Peanuts ka 170 Calories Butter daal dya. Kia baat he.

Apne bola oats me protein nhi hota but Dr. Choice aisa claim krta h ki uske per 2 scopes me 24g protein milta h ?

@@KuldeepSingh-ye5qp Thanks for watching the video😁 Maine natural oats ki baat ki hai. Dr Choice ke oats me externally add kiya gaya hai protein. Generally shakes me around 30g oats daal sakte hai which will give you around 7 grams of protein :)

Sattu toh incomplete protein hai na..toh milk ke saat mix kiya toh acha hota hai kya? please reply

Protein amino acids se bante hai jo essential and non essential type ke hote hai. Sattu me kuch essential amino acids nahi hote hai. Milk me saare essential amino acids hote hai. Hence, sattu is incomplete protein and milk is complete protein. Dono ko mix karne se koi nuksaan nahi hai. Milk to aapko saare essential amino acids de hi rha hai. Saatu bhi aapko bas kuch amino acids ko chhodkar, saare amino acids deta hai. Isiliye, dono ka combination Accha hai. 😁

Virat kholi k nutritionst ne btaya human kidny 10 grams of protien process kar sakti 1 hour me baqi ke protien waste ho jati mtlb ya 1 bar me 48 g of protien ?

Nutritionist ne jo research paper se uthakar ye point bola hai, vo ek high quality paper nahi hai. Uss paper me ye likha hai ki 10g ke upar jo protein aap ek baar me consume karte hai, uski fermentation start ho jaati hai, but wo kharaab nahi hoti hai. Usse body tab bhi absorb kar leti hai. Agar ek insaan ek ghante me sirf 10g protein kha pata, to aap khud bataiye ki ek 100kilo ka bodybuilder, jisko 200gram protein ki zarurat hoti hai, vo kya 20 ghante tak khata reheta? Bodybuilder ko chhodiye, me khud 80 kilo ka hu and mujhe kamsekam 100 gram protein chahiye. Kya me 10 ghante tak khana khata rahu 10-10gram protein Har ghante khake? 😁😁😁 aisa nahi hota. Aap mere channel ko follow kar sakte hai for pure science based nutrition advices. Me bhi ek medico hu 😁👍🏻

Bhai body store karlegi food ko aur waise bhi 1 ghante mein food sahi digest nhi ho pata to body baaki protein ko waste kaise karegi

@@KulveerHendrickxHoodaKhan Digesting a meal generally takes around 2-3 hours. Carbohydrates, fats and proteins, sabko time lagta hai digest hone me. 1 ghante me nahi hoti. If i consume 30gram protein in a meal, the body will continue digesting it for some hours and eventually, i will get that amount of protein. Plant based proteins ki absorbtion around 60-80% hai but animal protein ki around 90%. The science says we can consume much much more than 10g protein at once. Aap kisi bhi doctor se poochiye, sab ye hi kahenge. I am a medical student (MBBS) myself. Hope it helps!

Bhai Soy flour me bohot anti-nutrients hote hai. Inn anti-nutrients ke wajeh se body absorb nahi kar paate bohot saare protein and micronutrints ko. Bohot kam ho jaati hai unki value. So, I would suggest ki aap soy flour use na kare.

@@Vikrum_ Technically Heat Treatment of Soy should get rid of the anti-nutrients. However, no data shows how much heat is required to reduce anti-nutrients from soy flour or if that actually works. You may end up burning it altogether.

Oats me bohot calories hoti hai. Oats se mass gainer shake Banta hai, fat loss drink nahi. Hope it helps 😁

Koi bhi drink aapka fat loss nahi karwa sakti hai. Fat loss aapke total calories consumption pe depend karta hai poore din ka. Iss drink me khaas baat ye hai ki kam calories me high amount of protein mil rha hai. To protein mil jaega but fat loss ke liye aapko apni diet ka dhyaan rakhna padega. No it is not. Only Soyabean and Dairy products are complete veg sources of proteins. Non-vegetarian foods are also complete sources of protein :) Hope it helps!

@@Kashsha0521 Sattu is made from Kala Chana which is a type of pulse. Hence, combining it with rice in 3:1 ratio does the job. If you combine sattu with milk as I have done in this video, you have made it a complete source of protein too😊
