We don’t have anything close to ranch seasoning in Spain, but I loved it when I tried ranch dressing back in the US. I’ll make this because it looks so easy and convenient.

We don't have ranch in the UK so this is actually the first time I've learned what ranch might taste like. I cannot STAND mayo so I'd probably just use greek yogurt but I might give it a go some day, though I'd have to adjust the recipie a bit since we never have dill in the house and we're not much of a fan of it. I'm autistic so typically eating vegetables is very hard for me anyways due to sensory issues (smell, taste texture etc) and those same restrictions rule out most dips apart from ketchup, but I've recently been combining a small pot (as in a single serve 125ml pot) of greek yogurt with a tsp honey and tsp cinnamon to eat with raw carrots and I've enjoyed it, the whole pot lasts me about a week and it gets me eating veggies so thats a positive in my book.

Greek yogurt totally works! I also really struggle with raw veggies... I prefer cooked but am picky about how they're prepped!

Well… Sitting here struggling with my diet. I have been overweight my whole life. The only time I was actively losing weight was when I was starting college and using your channel as my cooking guide. That was back in 2017. I have been a follower of you since then and will occasionally pop in here and there when I think perhaps I might want to make a lifestyle change again. Today, I was eating a bagel and some carrot sticks and dipping them in ranch. I was thinking about a healthier alternative and I happened to type in your channel only to see this as one of your most recent uploads. I think it is time for me to deep dive into your fantastic channel again and make a lifestyle change for myself that will ensure I am around for my family and friends for years to come.
