Looks like the video is from Australia, as I can see a whole heap of Gum trees in the yard, and the 4 Wheel Drive Car looked like it was driving on the Left of the Road. I couldn't place the Aussie accent though. We have different Aussie accents depending on what part of the country you come from. (Hello from Australia)
