Homemade Rolls / Buns

Ingredients;
For Single Recipe;
1 C Warm Fresh Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Yeast
3 1/4 C All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 C Sugar
1/4 C Soften Butter (4Tbsp Butter)
1 Egg
8 Yields
For Double Recipe;
2 C Warm Milk
1/4 C Sugar
4 Tsp Yeast
6 1/2 C APF
1/2 C Sugar ( for dry ingredients )
1 tsp Salt
1/2 C Soften Unsalted Butter (8 Tbsp)
2 Eggs
16 Yields
For Triple Recipe;
3 C Warm Milk
1/4 C + 2 Tbsp Sugar
6 Tsp Yeast
9 3/4 C All Purpose Flour
3/4 C Sugar ( for dry Ingredients)
1 1/2 Tsp Salt
16 Tbsp Soften Unsalted Butter
3 Eggs
24- 26 Yields
Note: 111-112g Each Dough
1 Beaten Egg + 1 Tbsp Milk (for egg wash )
Procedure;
1.) Warm the milk to the touch for like 1 minute or until it's warm to the touch. Not too hot or it will kill your yeast. Cover with cling wrap and proof for 7 minutes.
2.) Add Yeast mixture into the Dry Ingredients.
3.) Add egg one at a time for double or triple recipe
4.) Use the scraper paddle to mix the dry ingredients. Mix for like 3-5 minutes
5.) Use the kneading hook then drop the softened unsalted butter. Knead the dough in the mixer for 10-15 minutes or until it's not too sticky anymore.
6.) Transfer the dough into a clean surface and knead for 5 minutes.
7.) Oil the bowl and transfer the dough into the oiled bowl. Cover with a cling wrap and proof for 2 hours
8.) Divide the dough to 111-112g ( Yield 16pcs ) for double recipe. Roll it into a ball and place it in the baking pan with a parchment paper and cover it with a cling wrap.
9.) Another proofing for 45 minutes
10.) Egg Wash with ( 1 beaten egg plus 1 tbsp milk )
11.) Bake in a Pre Heated Oven 350F for 14 - 15 minutes
or until it becomes slightly brown.

Note:
Brush with butter while it's hot for a shiny rolls
