I love all my greens mustard, collards, turnips, and cabbage included. I found that mustards to me eat like Spinach, very tender and soft, till I mix them at times with collards and other's. Thank You your channel is peaceful

why you didnt cut the big stem
@HomemadeWithTheMollices4 ай бұрын
@@maenewman6987 Hey!! Thanks for asking! You are more than welcome to cut all big stems. Because the process is sped up and edited, I had a sack in the other sink where I picked majority of the big stems. Some stems I do leave on as Mustard greens cook down very tender even the stems. It’s close to the spinach leaf family. ♥️

Is it kinda salty? So many bouillon cubes and bacon grease was added first.
@HomemadeWithTheMollices4 ай бұрын
@@LeahsMoods Hey you! Thank you for asking! No not at all. My parents found they mama’s in these greens 😂 and they can’t handle a lot of salt. With the amount of water and the bunches of greens I had it was a great balance. I am not a big over seasoning person or use a ton of salt. I don’t ever want to share a recipe that would cause harm to anyone’s health. And all of the seasonings can be modified to each one’s liking. Thank you for tuning in! ♥️
