not a single one detonated, the fuel got properly sprayed on the area but second ignition never happened, it needs a 9-20ms delay after first one to get the fireball that creates the air fuel ignition

Was just about to say, a second detonation near the blast coverage of the benzene would have probably assisted with the blastwave. Good attempt, good disbursement!

I can see that you try to make a two-stage-fuel-air-explosive, where the first HE charge disperses the fuel, and the second detonates the cloud. This is very difficult to make, as the second charge must detonate, at the exact time, the mixture of fuel and air is right. It could be a better aproach to mix the burster charge with fine metal powder, so that the expanding fuel cloud contains these burning metal particles, that can ignite it, when the mixture of air and fuel is right.

try AN +aluminum in pvc tube and do mix of 50/50 gasoline and diesel at part 1 part 2 AN aluminum near the main charge at distance at 30 cm + - but you need a delay at 10 ms good luck

I think you can design a grenade that can have a delay time fuse,mostly 3-5 seconds,you can calculate the time by adjusting the range of fuse and the primary explosive.TNT,RDX,ETN,UN are suggested as a secondary explosives.Hope that you can enhance your own design,good luck!🎉

Can you try, sugar + potassium nitrate ?. Melt the sugar first and mix it with potassium nitrate.

You need ethylene oxide for thermobaric... Not benzene

My suggestion is you can make a real grenade,real grenade doesn't contain a large amount of liquid,it contains primary explosive and secondary explosive.Also,the real grenade can throw to 10 or 20 m away and your design is just like a molotov cocktails,not the grenade.
