Hi, I have no exposure to alcohol. Can you advice which brand vodka I should buy. Prefer a reasonably priced one which would give good results

Well, I have only used Smirnoff so far. You can use any good brand that you find at the store. Just make sure you ask for unflavoured ones. Vodka comes in different flavors too

How many times can you re-use the same beans, if we do not add new beans to a bottle before refilling?
