I make this 2-3 times a week. It never gets stale because everyone loves it! Makes a nice add-on to a meal any time of day... really good!

I made this bread and love the recipe, however, I think the recipe calls for too much yeast….more than any other recipe I’ve tried and when it was done I could taste the yeast which was not pleasant. Next time I’m going to tweak it a bit. It was very moist!

Just put a loaf in the oven. My dough wasn't as stiff even after adding additional wheat flour. I also added some frozen cranberries. We shall see...

I baked the bread doe 80 minutes even then its little uncooked from inside. Followed the recipe carefully. Its crust is nice but not cooked feom inside😒
