Ingredients
7 Large Eggs
1/2 cup Butter melted
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 cups Almond Flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 teaspoons ground chia seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
Beat the eggs for 2 minutes, add butter, coconut oil, and combine. Add in the almond flour, baking powder, chia seeds, salt, and combine until the mixture is smooth and even.
Pour mixture into a baking pan and bake at 355 degrees for 45 minutes.
