A stay at home mom has the most important job to do. You are the one that makes a home and raises the next generation. I raised my 3 children and we did without a lot of things that many people thought where important. I drove a 10 year old car and mended clothes and we repaired many things instead of replacing them. The choice to give my children my time and love so they knew where they fit into the world was the most important thing and I don’t regret it at all. Although now looking back I wish it took longer. My children are all grown up and I miss having them under my feet. Be proud of what you are doing and enjoy the little ones as long as possible because time does move too fast. God bless

This was lovely! I'm a brand new subscriber and I'm so thankful to hear a fellow homemaker clearly explain the dynamics of your husband providing and you being a good steward of his provision. My husband and I have faced a lot of misunderstanding and even confrontation from others who don't understand our traditional roles and biblical (we hope!) lifestyle, so it's incredibly refreshing to see it portrayed so beautifully.

I just came across your channel for the first time. My husband worked two jobs so I could stay home and raise our kids. I was blessed to homeschool them. That’s been many years now. I love canning, cooking and gardening too. I LOVE that wreath. Thanks for sharing.

What a beautiful video. I love how you said your husband provides and you try to be as productive in the home as possible. I'm like that. I will never be known as lazy...in fact friends are often left wondering how I get so much done....especially while also homeschooling.

I found your channel by accident just recently, and I love the inspiration I get from watching your videos! I am still trying to learn the art of sourdough bread making and have yet to find a recipe I am completely satisfied with. I'd love it if you'd consider sharing your recipe and showing how you make it on a future video.

Do you have a video on how to make sourdough starter and your technique?
@thesouthernlatebloomer11918 ай бұрын
I had been looking through your channel for how you began (or would begin) your sourdough starter. I tried with all-purpose and with bread flour. After 7 seemingly failed attempts, I'm giving up until warmer weather. Could you direct me to that video or give me advice please?

What is the name of the heated bowl on the stove that you have next to your pressure canner? I have been looking for one but don't know what it is called. Thank you
