Bought some the other day for a door fill, sand, prime, paint job I'm doing! One of those old antique doors they don't want to part with! We'll see how Durhams holds up!

My Grampy was a carpenter back in the 50's, that's what he used. I use Rock Hard & a toothpick to fill stripped out screw holes- break toothpick off at level then inset screw when dry.

Listened to enough power tools for today. So, I’ll just add my 2¢… used it to patch concrete steps right after hurricane Ike hit, which was 2009… still doing the job 2 hurricanes later. 👍

Appreciate the demo. That's awesome. I haven't heard of that brand before. We've used sum basic wood putty in the past to do both outdoor and indoor repairs and we weren't all that impressed with it. I'm gonna have to pass this info on to my husband, I know he'll be happy to try it. Thanks again for taking the time to share and pass along your expert info and helpful tips to all your viewers! 👍🏻 Take care, Dustin! Great to see you again. Hope all is well! 😄

Nice, low cost repair....vs. the marketplace and 2 part mixing etc.....I have to remove my window trim, wood is bowed, and behind of it could not be fastened due to rotted wood. I will no doubt use this after I treat it with a wood hardener.....spray and brush in, then use Rock Hard......good video thx.

I will start using this product. As a contractor, we usually do not want to experiment with products. Awesome video. Thanks for taking the time to create it.

This is awesome archer. I completely agree. I don’t want to take time and test the product because that may blow the afternoon. So happy you liked it and then it’s helping people. Check out my new complete home repair e-book. It’ll be the best tool in your toolbox. thehomemenders.com/e-course/ Hey, I also have a business course for contractors that may help you out my friend!

It’s a patch. It can hold a certain amount of pressure or weight, but after all is a patch. Even for concrete, a patch is no consider to hold anything. Don’t hang anything heavy. It’s simply a cosmetic repair and is a great product.

I used it on rotted legs of a picnic table a couple months ago.

Another great video, Dustin. Can it be routed or chiseled? My go to on hinges that have been set too deep is either a wood patch or Bondo. Bondo is tough but it's not fun trying to get a hinge reset into it. Cheers

That’s an awesome question. It handled that 1 inch spade bit like a champ, so I would be confident in the routing

Might perform better in your tests if the putty was completely dry........

Hey hey Skyler. I let this one sit for two days… But I thought it performed beautifully. I like that it can hold a screw. Thanks for the comment!
