Endoscopy finding, Oropharynx: good oral hygiene with normal movement of vocal cords. Esophagus: normal upper, middle and lower third of esophagus. Stomach: Normal fundus and body, moderate antral gastritis noted. Duodenum: Normal D1 and D2 seen. Impression: Antral gastritis. I have been facing this disease for three years. In the morning wakeup feeling thirsty with red or green colored water and sour taste in mouth and also pain in my back. Facing severe back pain for 2 years. Doctor, I don't have acidity but my esophageal sphincter is weak and recently after severe coughing I am belching a lit after meals and finding it very discomforting.
