thanks for the additional content...what is the house sale price with a full basement, cause you got so much time and equipment in the equation...

Suffice to say the basement was well funded with the discount we took when we bought the place. Re; my time, I spent much less $, and spent as much time as it would have taken to rebuild a Road Runner. I don't golf, fish, etc. I build stuff. Re; cost in equipment - -there is no cost. I always sell everything for what I have in it, as I have done for 50 years. Much of the equipment for this project is sold.
