Once I figured out the controls, it was simple… LOL. One reason I made a whole video on the operation panel was because it took me FOREVER to figure it out … even with the instruction booklet and their video… Of course I have a short attention span for reading instructions … 🤣. But you are right. This is a very nice machine in that it works well and can be kept clean. Hopefully it also lasts a long time.

Thank you Molly. My kitty is a very big boned gal, 17.5lbs & I although I love your dryer, I don’t think she would fit in there! I usually take her to her groomer & let her tackle her! 🐈‍⬛🐾💕

I have one other … I purchased it early this year. I would have preferred this one which I was given in return for demonstrating it on YT. So now I have two. Both are pretty good, but this one is better IMO.
