Good area to live in. Stay away from the " Open Concept" removing walls. All home areas need an element of privacy.

The condo would be my pick except for the lack of a suitable dining space and the living room is a little small. But the layout of the townhouse is nicer yet super '80s! And the lack of a window on the front of the building is just odd. Both places should be professionally staged so they help the buyer visualise themselves there.
