THE FIRST HOME IS PRETTY NICE, STILL NOT A FAN OF BACK ALLEYS, PERIOD. THEY NEED BRAND NEW FURNACE AND HOT WATER TANK. AND THERE ARE BARS ON FRONT AND BACK DOORS. THE HOUSES ARE JUST TO CLOSED TO EACH OTHER. HOUSE #2, THE ONLY THING I LOVED WAS THE KITCHEN AND THATS IT, GREAT VIDEO!

In that second house those are not legal bedrooms in the basement. They don't have closets or egress windows.

I believe it's a code requirement saying it has to be a window large enough for a person to get out of In case of a fire or something.
