There actually is when it comes to buildings downtown. Daley made Trump alter his original plan for Trump Tower because it wasn't unique wouldn't enhance the skyline of the city. I don't know if it applies to neighborhoods, but you're right, what they did to this home is a travesty. Also, in Chicago, never buy corner property.

@@ettgnell92 Yep, I grew up around there so I can confirm that it's not the safest area in the city but there area areas that are far worse. I walk around that area when I go back to visit family and I've never had any problems.
