SH certainly looks lovely. However can you realistically imagine having to park away from your home remove all groceries or whatever into a golf cart then ride your cart to your home. Imagine the winter and snow. I was told a year ago that BC would be ready and homes in by June at the latest. These two don't care about anything but the upfront money. Remember, buyer beware, do extensive due diligence.

Any update on the “preliminary platt”? Nine days have passed and still no update. You mention that they’d be ready “by the end of the week”…now we’re nearing the end of the second week. The flower you found is for sure the Purple Passion Flower and it is the Tennessee State Wildflower… It's a perennial vine that can grow up to 25 feet long and has showy, tropical-looking flowers. The passion flower's other characteristics include: Leaves that are about six inches long, A soft, hairy underside, White sepals and petals, and Lavender filiform segments with purple bands. Blooms from June through September Edible fruits are sweet -tart taste similar to an Apricot. The passion flower can be found in many habitats, including roadsides, prairies, plains, meadows, pastures, savannas, woodland edges and openings, streams, and riverbanks. Much love and support for this company. Tiny homes only work if there is infrastructure to support them which is what they are planning here. Tiny homes with its 1.5 stories of living space, give people an affordable option of home ownership and will retain their value way better than the cheaply built / plastic mobile homes. I'll bet the temps there are nice at 1,000+ feet above sea level, though the weather is somewhat crazy everywhere. 😄 I saw that it was 78 midday, Tues 7/23 and that there were a couple of 69 nights that week. I looked at tiny homes before my move north They are built on trailer frames There’s a weight limit no one knows or seemingly cares what that is so you move all your stuff in, after a few years you put in granite countertops and the rest, exceeding the weight limit Then the frame fails This is just one issue, there’s plenty more It’s best to see tiny homes for what they are, a fad One Best avoided

RANDY/AMANDA: Look into Celebration, FL and Westchase Town Center, east of Oldsmar, FL- they have subdivisions that incorporate on-site salons, restaurants, cafes dry cleaners, dog groomers and parks for residents to gather to capture a sense of community. These have becoming increasingly popular over the years down here in Pinellas County. The Villages also but they are geared toward 55+ and on a larger scale.
