For me it's worse, because of the "Oh you have more free time it must not be that hard then ! Come, I need help with something..." Or my personnal favorite: being interrupted during an online class which is not recorded (aka we can't rewatch it later), panicking and asking the parent to leave and the parent starting their long monologue of "Why are you speaking to me like this, I was being nice to you, you are always on your phone and it makes you far too nervous", etc etc.

@@eleni1968 I kind of agree but I do wish the school would change our hours so I could sleep in until 8:30 on a school day all of the time. Sure I'm working until 6:30pm most evenings rather than 5 but I hate mornings.

Ha, ha. I went to take math at the evening school, to help my foster children with mathematics. Discovered I liked it. Ended up teaching mathematics and statistics to economic students. Anne will find her way too, she started in the right way. She won’t give up. Integration is one of my favorites by the way.

I remember my mom quizzing me in English without speaking English herself. She'd make me translate stuff, skeptically look over her glasses at me and be like "Sounds about right... Sounds... English..." I think it was more of a lie detector thing she was trying to pull. 😅

I actually had to say this sentence to a student the other day: "if you plan to attend live/teams lessons with your camera on, you MUST wear clothes". Our school is insisting on a non-school uniform day dress code officially but every single case of sanction has been for the absence of clothing rather than the clothes themselves.

The uniform at home killed me. Oisin and mum are always a mix of hilarity and desperation 😹😹 great job as always! And thank you for the subtitles, it helps me a lot to catch the jokes as English it's not my first language :)

Alright it's my first time leaving a comment on KZbin (I'm little bit nervous) I just wanted to say I really love your videos, I discovered it like two weeks ago and I can't stop watching it without crying of laughter! Well that was a tough day but we got through it, must getting close to 4 oclock, brings back nightmares of having to homeschool my then 7 year old during lockdown while also trying to work from home, so, so funny and bet every parent remembering those happy days of lockdown.Thanks a million for the laughs

@@ajv8497 at my school, year 10 had a GCSE at the end of the year and a couple of schools did most of them in year 10, and let people do resits or higher exams in year 11

When I was a child and my mum was helping me and my sister with homework, a day came where her knowledge of science was just not enough. Instead of stopping helping us, she did not sleep that night and studied the same subject so that she could help us the next day! A hero without a cape!

I love how the voices and accents of the characters are super good, each one distinct and the way they talk immediately tell you what the character's like. They could become voice actors.
