Cap’n, it’s starting to come together. All that benching and keying is a necessary hassle. But, with you pitching and rolling and Jerry cutting and filling, watching it is pure pleasure. If I was closer, I’d pitch a stool by that marker stump and watch in real time! Thanx for the commercial free viewing… I feel a lot better about Simply Safe knowing it is Kleeman Proof! That grade is Jerry's eye. He's just that good. You want "isolated" rain? talking with a neighbour one day and mentioned a lack of rain and he was shocked, 2 days earlier he was making a delivery about a half mile away and it was pouring out, yet not one drop at home. I was on a local city bus one afternoon heading along a local highway and there were isolated showers happening, 15 seconds of downpour followed by 15 seconds of sunshine and dry road as the bus travelled the highway, for 10 miles. truly isolated showers there. lol

Using your CAD system (cardboard aided design) on the back of the UTV sure helps with the visual of your plan. Of course having such a difference in soil coloring helps match the CAD to the soil too. You know your soil is sticky when you need the fingers to keep the roller cleaned out so it doesn’t become a smooth faced roller.

My wife’s work office has similar system. She calls them “water bugs”. They send a text message to her phone whenever there is a leak in the building. One time it was the roof . Another it was the furnace piping. She deals with it before anything gets destroyed by water damage! 👍. Great job caption and jerry !

Hi Mike, your property looks good. Anyway what you need for frozen pipes is a product called frostex.I use to live in a mobile home and it kept the lines from freezing. You can turn it on and let it constantly work or if it gets bone chilling cold you can go to your cabin and turn it on. Just a thought.

This is a big deal, I was kinda hoping for a larger pond out of it all as it goes, is there ever too much water in the pool in a drought?? Make this a Texas size pool. Jerry is a master at dozer work. I'm sure he knew he would be back. It was a rush job, and he already knew that it would fail. But he is there to ensure it is done right so there won't be another repeat. At least the positive is it will be bigger and better! It surprises me that being sponsered generates more ad revenue than the typical youtube ads. But let's be honest, youtube takes the majority if their ad revenue and gives the content creators pennies.
