Bacon ... I bought an inexpensive meat grinder and I grind up bacon myself then I cook the ground bacon in a cast-iron pot on the stove top. My husband and I committed to going carnivore for 3 months back in November 2023. We both feel so good now we're not going back. Meat heals. My husband no longer has acid reflux. I have had asthma my whole life and in fall and winter I usually have at least one attack every day and sometimes multiple attacks. Since the first 2 weeks of carnivore I have not had even one attack. My sleep is better, my mental focus is amazing, high energy, and very importantly no anxiety or depression. I could go on but I'll just say the benefits are impressive. Give it 90 days. But research here on KZbin how to start because the first couple of weeks can be brutal as your body dumps the toxins and adjusts to the proper human diet. You might decide to turn to carnivore in stages. Dump the sugar and refined carbs right away. But do your research and decide for yourself what you think will work for you and how much you are willing to go through. I promise things will improve eating this proper human diet. I am 76 and feel so good I almost can't believe it. My best wishes for your healing journey. You can do it!❤

If I have scrambled eggs, I have the whole egg. If I have sunny-side up eggs, I have only the yolks but with just a wee bit of the whites; even less whites than what you had in the pan. I just don't like the whites by themselves. I guess it's the texture of the whites alone that I don't like. That's why I can have the whites scrambled together with the yolks.

went from a fully junk died for my whole life, 110kg full of health issues, directly on Lion's diet. steak n salt. kept my morning coffee also. 1 shot of espresso 2 hours after waking up. 6 weeks into it already, went down to 92kg, never feel hungry, full of energy ready to conquer the world. just note that, i drink 3-4 liters of water daily since caffeine and tobacco makes me more thirsty (yes, im a smoker too), and I eat just 2 meals a day within 4-5 hours and that's it. no more sleeping apnea, no more kidney stones, no more stomach acid/fluid, no more depression, i just stand up when sitting on my computer and do exercises just because I feel energetic, no more headaches, no more overthinking, i sleep like a baby from 3-4 hours daily (before lions diet), to now 7-8 hours. my skin is shining like im a teenager again (currently 38yo). i don't get disappointed about anything anymore, just trying harder. just 6 weeks in, and what keeps me going, is the curiosity of how I'll be in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years etc. Dudes and Dudettes out there, last thing i need to do is find the strength to quit smoking after 23 years. Pray for me, this anonymous person sharing this story, speak with the universe and give me the strength to do it. Anyway, i feel better than ever, my confidence level is to the moon, got 90% success ratio when flirting with Females even if they are considered 8s 9s or 10s. Too shy though to get in front of a camera to share my story. I value my anonymity and privacy but, you..yes you, the person who reads this comment, if me, a food junkie, a lazy buddha looking fella from a small island called Cyprus deep into Mediterranean sea could do it, there's literally no one who can't. I apologize for my broken English but yeah... Sisters and brothers out there, love yourself more than anything, take care of yourself, it's NEVER too late, and you'll not regret this. Peace and love to all (except from bankers and politicians).

Thanks for sharing your story, I smoked 20 a day for 40 years and just could not stop, so I understand the terrible addition to cigarettes. I am currently over 3 years away from my last cigarette. Try reading a book called The Easy Way To Stop Smoking by Allan Carr. I know it sounds insane to stop smoking by reading a book but it worked for me and I feel blessed to have stopped smoking. All the best, you can do it!

Carnivore worked a long time until I started eating “cheap” meat bc of budget. I suffered histamine sores on arms, chest and back. So, still fighting the lard issue as a lifelong fatso. Almost done in the flesh at 77 so counting on God to have Mercy. Homestead you have morphed into movie star looks saving so many people from a life of corpulence. Stay blessed sir.

He's granted us that. I'm asking Him to keep me going the gym. Breathing exercises and be my strength. God bless my dear. Prayers up 🙏🏼✝️🙌🏼

But I sure see even more great results of health once I started carnivore. I was so addicted to sugar and carbs!! I sleep so much better than I have for many years. And I have energy! And another thing you could try is take some of your stew, heat it in a skillet. Include the broth. Add raw scrambled eggs to it and let them cook in the broth. It will create a different type of stew. I really like the texture of eggs cooked in liquid like that for a thicker broth.

Hi I have been watching you and others for some time. I'm a 37 year old British male. I had a heart attack last year and I was type 2 diabetic. I was on 9 different medications and my whole body was hurting. I work in construction and it was literally hell each day working in pain and taking tramadol just to earn a wage. 8 days ago I started carnivore. Literally ribeye eggs bacon and lamb chops, water with celtic salts for electrolytes and I only eat diner each day around 4ish. My God this is life changing by day four 90% of my pain had gone. I can work without painkillers. By day 5 my energy was relentless like I was 19 again. My mood is so good I'm full up until midday and I'm drinking the water till I get home. I have seriously lost 10lbs and 4.5 of that was overnight granted I'm aware of the water retention etc but this is genuinely life changing. I have stopped taking all meds because when I do I crash. I'm not telling my doctor I have come of the meds I'm just going to get my bloods done in 40 days time and I'm really looking forward to seeing the results. Thank you mate sincerely. My wife is starting it this Tuesday

Butter, garlic and steak tips are awesome. Short ribs and ox tail. Put that in a crock pot, little water, salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder. Amazing broth, tons of fat, and tender meat you hardly have to chew. Chicken wings, salt and pepper, 1 TBS butter, 375 for 30 min, flip, 30 more and done. Easy as can be. Season how you want or fix up a butter sauce. We do use garlic and onion powder for seasoning but no sugars. Great suggestions in this video!!

My favorite carnivore meal over the past year is chuck roast and eggs. I buy this huge chuck roast at Costco and cook it in the Instant Pot for 2 hours. Then I chill it in the refrigerator over night. That’s key. This prevents it from shredding. Then I cut it up into cubes. Has so much great fat marbled in it. I make scrambled eggs cooked in bacon fat, and I put a huge chunk of butter over the meat and warm it up in the microwave, and put the eggs on top. It’s so satiating, I can’t eat this and be full all day!
