So I decided to make use of it by adding it to my breakfast toast. It was really good quality coconut oil, and was wonderfully fragrant. I used it for a week, and one day realized that I hadnt had any sinus headaches! I continued to use it, and kept track of headaches, but essentially, I have NEVER suffered from them again. Well your probably not going to believe this but I am living proof. I got allergies at age 11 and when I was 37 it turned into asthma. I had 2 different inhalers and would have to go to the doctor about every 4 months for steroid and antibiotic treatment because I couldn't control the symptoms. I finally came to the conclusion I was going to die from this if I couldn't find another solution. So I found some info on peroxide and breathing problems like pneumonia. So I put collodial silver and peroxide in my nebulizer. 2 parts silver 1 part peroxide and after 3 treatments the wheezing started to clear. I couldn't believe finally something was actually helping clear my lungs. About a month past and my breathing was good enough I was only using my rescue inhaler if I had to walk alot and the other one not at all. So by 2 months no inhalers or doctor visits ever again. But my sinuses were still congestion and I decided to get a nasal sprayer fill it with the 2 parts collodial silver 1 part peroxide. I knew that it probably would burn but I wanted to be a normal person again. I sparyed it in one nostril and yes it did burn for about 10 seconds but stopped. I could feel it bubbling for about 5 seconds and instantly felt releaf. So in 3 days of using this spary my sinuses were completely clear I had not felt this good since before I got allergies at 11. But I was sure as soon as allergy season came back and the pine pollen I want be sneezing just like normal for me again.. But no everything has changed. My allergies would start in March and it's the middle of May. Nothing, no watery eyes sneezing, feeling feverish nothing. I can sleep all night and breath through my nose and no sneezing in the morning. It's truly a miracle from GOD I have found this. Maybe it could help others

I squeeze fresh carrot juice every morning. I add one tablespoon ful of green powder to the juice and mix a little bit. I dry stinging nettles, asparagus, spinach in a freeze drier and when they are dry I grind them into powder in a vitamix. Even alpha alpha can go that way. No need for capsules.

Stinging nettle, dead nettle or....? What form? Leaves? Seeds? Stems? Roots? I know with stinging nettle each of those plant parts is beneficial for different symptoms/conditions. I'm still learning so much, and appreciate your info.
@mysticmeadow9116 Жыл бұрын
She is referring to Stinging nettle. Most people that grow or forage use the leaves and dry them. If you order online it should tell you what part of the plant is being used. She said "cut & sifted' but that's not an indicator of which part was used.

Going to have to look into this and many more. My family and I have had mold poisoning for the last 6 months since we moved to TN pushing to build out our homestead and assured there was no MOLD in our rental, Yet finally testing it ourselves and discovering we have been living in a MOLD RENTAL HOME. It got me bad being I slept in the worst concentrated room most nights our youngest slept with me in the same room and now I have a stutter and soo many other symptoms. If you have any suggestions or anyone else please please send them our way. Thanks for the awesome videos yall publish. ☺

I have been mold compromised also...I found that doing Doug Kaufman's antifungal diet is a good start, then rotating antifungal herbs about a month at a time for each one has helped tremendously over time. I use grapefruit seed extract, cinnamon, mct oil( from coconuts), garlic, olive leaf extract, oil of oregano, caprylic acid(from coconuts) chlorophyll. I also take psyllium husk at night to help bind up the dying organisms poisons they release so that stuff doesn't recirculate making me feel crappy. Good. Luck! Molds and fungi love sugar....so be strict about abstaining from that! Remember...it akes time to kill all the pocket colonies they form I side you. Taking a good probiotic like Dr.O'Hiras has proven to help beak down the capsules fungi make to enclose their little colonies making them accessible to the herbs getting I'm and killing them!

Thank you so much for this information, it is so timely! Our daughter turns 17 today, and for three years she's been taking a generic form of singulair (montalucast). Earlier this month, our allergist has moved and we got a new doctor who informed us that singulair is considered a "black box" drug. I had to look up that term... it can cause depression, stress, and anxiety in teenagers... My out going, fun loving daughter has been struggling with all of those! I am so frustrated! I immediately purchased the capsule-it and the herbs. When she returns from Youth Camp tomorrow, she's starting herbal allergy capsules!😊. God Bless you from NE Florida!

My adult son is soooo bad that on spring and autumn mornings, his eyes will be visibly swollen. He will sneeze endlessly. It's AWEFUL for him. I bought some nettle caps from amazon, and he took 3.... within 15 minutes, all signs of irritation were gone. Totally. He said he's NEVER had anything work like that. Now he carries a bottle with him in his car so no matter what, he knows he has them.

My allergies are the worst of anyone's I've ever met (pollen). I've been doing a salt and water nose rinse every morning (sometimes night as well), with a daily pill and two nose sprays (azelastine and Flonase). Works like a charm. I know this is an all natural channel, but if you guys are as bad as I am, it's worth sharing the combo that works for me while you search for the natural equivalent. Good luck!

Do you have any ideas like this for something like inflammation or celiac? I would love to see more videos on other easy homemade remedies like this. Thank you again!
@GallieSallie Жыл бұрын
I'm don't have celiac but bad IBS for decades. Going gluten free for 5 years didn't help much. Once I embraced the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) my excess weight just fell off (it was inflammation) and I could finally eat without pain. You can start with the book, "Breaking the Vicious Cycle" and there's also a lot of info online now. It includes some limited dairy but once I dropped that I no longer had any seasonal allergies and my constant sinus drip resolved. Dairy causes inflammation. It was daunting to start but after 2 weeks the change was so huge there was no going back. Totally changed my life.
