I make a simple lauki tamatar sabzi, no onions, with ghee, jeera, green chillies ka tadka. Lauki is cut into small pieces with plenty of tomatoes. Salt, haldi , mirchi powder & a pinch of dalchini-lavang powder, which is added at the end, after the sabzi is cooked. My son loves it.

This was an amazing recipe. What i do is add some Carrot, Capsicum n some cabbage / cauliflower, mash n add Paav bahji masala, WHAMO.. Easy Paav Bhaji at home with less efforts
