Cardboard egg cartons torn top from bottom put in 1/3 bottom of planter then fill with soil. Cardboard will break down, while eco- friendly and holds moisture for plant roots! Grew potatoes, tomatoes, Serrano peppers using this method last year. Bounty of veggies, 15# of potatoes

I fill the bottom of huge pots with rinsed milk jugs. You can smash the jugs or leave them large.

Love these. I've been wanting large rocks for my mom's rock garden and to make my own . That spray foam is perfect I'll be able to lift these (13 herniated discs) so will my mom (she's 80). Love your videos. My son watches them now also for great ideas for his 1st house. TFS
