What about shifting your vision to living in something fabulous and uniquely you! Start living as if you were already his apprentice. What fun would you have! Don't wait. Study those designers! Create mood boards. And live like his favorite apprentice who brings it! (He probably doesn't want any one around him living in their car.🤗) So look into changing your mindset around prosperity consciousness. You have the passion and you absolutely can have the life!!!! We all need to challenge our old beliefs that pull us down and say we can't have the life we want. Sending you (and everyone else who has big dreams) all the courage and determination to push those obstacles aside and begin! This includes me.😂

The cognac velvet with bullion fringe, and walls of Caribbean blue, that will be incredible. A fresh take on something very Belle Epoque. Mr. Kedigian is liberating these glorious rooms, not merely restoring them. I am so looking forward to viewing the progress of this project.

I NORMALLY DESPISE watching walk through's and empty house tours! I click off in the first minute if I even click on that type of video at all. HOWEVER, when I saw Garrow.....HUNNNAY, I couldn't click fast enough 😂 I made a delicious sandwich with a cup of tea and sat back and "Oooh and Ahhhhhh" over EVERYTHING! Garrow could give a tour on the inside of a trash dumpster ( as if he'd ever been inside of one, lol), but I would be 100% tuned into his genius design sensibilities. I'm sooo looking forward to this series of his FABULOUS Pied -A- Terre

I so can understand his excitement, and it is great, that we can watch the restauration process😊 But nevertheless I have to say, to me, who lives in a small flat of 60sqm here in Germany it is unbelievable, that someone is able to buy such a huge apartment in Paris (!) and renovate it in such a glamourous way. I actually really like the roughness of the apartment in its current state. The classical feartures mixed with the rough unfinished walls and the huge rooms create such a cool and dynamik space that breaks up the stuffiness of a purely classic design. this mix of interior design from different eras would certainly do the apartment good.

What a great tutorial ! So excited to see this project ! Just one observation --- some of the decoration thoughts seemed to be very similar to your apartment in the Carlyle. Unless re-creating the Carlyle apartment in Paris is intentional - it might be important to ensure it is not a replication with very similar colors. I know banquets are always part of your decor -- which is fine and the couch will be an arc to fit the arc of the windows -- but color selection may need more consideration so it is fresh and very different from the Carlyle. And I am a canopy bed fan as well so I can't wait to see how it turns out. Thanks so much for bringing us along! And with your new apartment -- you may be able to empty out your collectibles currently residing in your Carlyle bathtub ! Cheers!

What a gem. You never know the beauty that exists beyond the massive doors when walking Parisian streets. I went to Rodin's Museum and most likely was in front of that door. Beautiful apartment that deserves ornate magic. I would want to see the natural wood of the doors.
