It's wonderful to hear how much you love your new house in the country. I can relate, because I retired to the country. But you may want to install some motion lights for the back yard. You may not have seen them yet, but there are coyotes and coydogs (yep, half and half) in your area, and they will hunt and eat small dogs. Your fence will not stop them. So when your dogs are out (at any time of day) you need to keep a close eye on them. I have friends who have lost pets this way.

Honestly, this was my absolute favorite episode. What a fascinating home and homeowner! I loved her wall of 50 years of history and life! Loved her curated spaces! Loved that she doesn’t have a TV. I enjoy viewing homes of 'designers' they are beautiful. Wonderful fabrics, beautifully layered, swoon worthy. I do love homes such as this, where design meets the owner. I have spent this month turning a space above our garage into a guest space. Our girls are coming home to Maine for a visit. This home worthy video tied into what I wanted this space to be, we sold their childhood home. Our spot is amazing, we are fortunate to have ocean views. Jodie Patterson reminded me of what I might want to convey to our girls, who are now women. No designer fabrics, the furniture is found, there are bits and bobs that are from our very shabby chic house they grew up in during the eighties. From the heart this one.

It goes to show not all black women are overweight. They need to stop praying portraying that in media because that’s the way it is in society stop that stereotype because we are not all overweight and some of us take care of our health and go to gyms. and so and you can take care of yourself and eat right while you’re pregnant even if you’re not pregnant, it is sad though obesity epidemic that plagues black women and their plagues women. period but they want a man with a six pack tall the hypocrisy is real. and comment I don’t care.

Hey, I'm glad to see you're doing better. It's awesome that you're being honest and vulnerable with your fans about why you've acted the way you have in the past. I can relate to that, I have anxiety too and it affects everything I do. It's crazy to admit, right? Relationships are tough. My advice is to not compare yourself to others or get jealous of them. Just focus on your own stuff, take responsibility for your actions, set boundaries, and communicate openly. The average American lives to be 75, so most of us are technically past middle age. I love the land and the fact you did not touch it. Ponds are a plus, looks so peaceful, even from the inside with all the windows. The wall of windows and the stairs are my favorite, everything is so Natural. The furniture, art, wall of art/family memories. You spoke of your great, great, grandmother to have a picture of her in our culture is fabulous ! I don’t have any pictures of my grandparents. You called out some familiar names you are related to, that’s great, you have talented Roots 😄. You created a home that screams family, and relaxation. No tv’s, no distractions, just nature, like your home. Your bedroom is so peaceful, love the typewriter. Five kids, you really look good at 54, would have never guested it. This is a beautiful home, love the view, kitchen. I also like the fact you kept things for a long time and picked up some treasures on the street and left them in their natural state. Your taste in art is quite similar to mine. And I to love books, collect, and read them, and have them all over my home. People say, you can tell a lot about a person, by the books they read/have in their home. The fact you have a collection of books and enjoy reading them, and you write them as well, speaks volumes about you. I do see you in your home, by your art/books/ style. I absolutely love this cabin home and how she’s taken care of furniture pieces for decades. I’m an introvert by nature and would never want to leave this beautiful home!🥰❤ Only thing, I don’t like the size of the kitchen & cabinet space.
