Personally, I don't mind that Homeworx will no longer include the wick covers and protectors, but I'm not happy to know that the candles will no longer be shipped in their own individual boxes. 😢. That is going to lead to a lot of broken candles and everyone knows that Homeworx customer service is pretty abysmal and so trying to get a refund or a replacement will just be an added stress for the customers. Anyway, let's see but I definitely have concerns.

I don’t mind them not putting the plastic covers either, but hopefully they don’t run into issues with packaging. I’m not sure if they will no longer box them individually or if they will be in crates? We will have to see. Hopefully their CS will be available for people with broken candles.

I bought a trio of three-wick candles off QVC last week. One of them is a pistachio scented one which I have wanted tge scent for some time now.

Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn looks interesting. I'll be looking for these at the outlets in the future. You never know what you'll find particularly at T.J. Maxx.

I Received 2 candles today,No original Homeworx boxes,Cheap plain box with nothing on it no labels nothing no dust covers nothing,My 14oz the box a little bit bigger bouncy around in the box,Homeworx is really changing not for the good,Especially for the prices and the problems with the candles,puny wicks,weak scents,wicks not positioned now the box problem, I think he has to many products out there,Now there really cutting corners,There really going downhill,Especially with all their loyal customers,Anyways Thank you for the reviews,Connor

It's basic math and business. With the current economy, every aspect of making, packaging and shipping the candles has dramatically increased. It is either they cut the unimportant things or they dramatically raise the prices. Cutting the trivial aspects, which also benefit the environment, is the absolute most logical and intelligent decision to make.

I tried to place an order today and it was back to can’t use your rewards or an ambassador code. Very frustrating again getting so tired of their restrictions and now all the cutting back on costs 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Sorry to hear that. I really wish that you would at least be able to use the rewards, but the ambassador code would be great as well.
