We know that sion can be manipulated through disconnecting right ? Maybe its constantly disconnecting him for some millisecs so sion gets way more steerable. That would explain the moment where he could hit the enemy but instead he stuttered before hitting them.

it happened before, at the first times sion reworked came. You could just direct your mouse over sion ult and sion would follow the mouse. i think the issue has been seen again a few times, but only if u force via hacking the same issue. Also 0:05 was totally scripted since they were no reaction times
