Very helpful video. Thanks. It doesn't explain how to free the contents (extra pillows, individual seat back) located beneath one section of it. Press down hard on the black bars and slide them left or right, depending, to free them. Mine came with the contents locked beneath two horizontal black bars. It took some strength, but I managed to free them on my own. It would've been helpful and faster to have someone help me because I have no upper body strength. 😂

I ordered mine over a year ago on amazon and one if the middle legs kinda twists a little so I had to put a block of wood underneath for support or the couch sinks at that join when someone sits on it. What can I do to fix that?

I’ve had mine for 2 months and you can already see the places that I’ve sat on and I’m a small 5’4” woman. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Their customer service is awful too! Costs almost half the price to return it if you don’t like it!

Hey everyone, here is an update to what happened with my order, I took pictures of the metals things and sent them to the company, it turns out they manufactured it wrong and had the pieces in the same direction which meant it could never slide into each other. They sent me a new bottom piece which fit perfectly and EASILY. Hope this helps anyone who is having the same trouble.

Hi I’m trying to put the back frame on for the left side and part of it fully engaged. However the other half is out and now I can’t even take the whole back frame off to try this again. I can’t even put the right side of the back frame in to try to fasten it. PLEASE HELP!

Michaela C Nvm, I grabbed a hammer and pulled on the top metal tab part underneath the couch and I was able to pick it up enough to slide the piece out

I did the same! The problem now is that they only sent me one seat cushion that doesn’t even fit and the other cushions are back cushions 🙄🙄 really disappointed :/ I was looking forward to this sofa too

I had this same issue. One of the sides would not click in. I used a hammer to pull the thin tab up to unclip the metal tracks. Pull evenly on both sides of the backrest and bam it came out. Dont be an idiot like me and wonder why it was so hard because the velcro was already in place

I just got mine and had the same problem. If you open the hole with your finger and find the piece that it slides into, you can push it over into the groove it's supposed to be in. Of course I'm sure 8 months later you've figured it out lol 👍

@@bridgetkelly4146 I should have taken a photo but there is an extra piece on the bottom that is not a piece of the couch. I was able to shimmy that piece around and that freed everything else. That piece was maybe 2 in by 2 in by 15 in. If that gets damaged no worries because it’s just for the packaging not for the couch.
