I used a piece of scrap aluminum and a bunch of tools to make mine, but I'm switching to this. It looks so much better.

Thanks, very usefull video. Could you explain how you managed to pass the original light cable through the mid hole?

Cant find the way to deassamble the connector so that the wire can go through
@swampfoxmoto59593 жыл бұрын
I cut a flat notch on the top a notch big enough, so the wire would just drop in the hole, with a dremel.

Bro you earned a sub and a comment for that. Thanks been looking for one and all the $75 ones they got suck.

With the little slab of rubber making up the difference for the hole depth, and a slit for the wire to go through it really levels it out and seals the seat back, the Bolts are a a little longer than the originals but they are the standard metric thread pitch.

How did you wire the License plate light?
@swampfoxmoto59593 жыл бұрын
I used the factory setup just notched the tidy where the light bolts up so i could run the factory wire without taking it apart.

Nice video. Kemimoto products are legit. Their tail bag and gloves are quality as well.

Thank you so much! I try to do videos that are not what I call youtube vomit; just content for content, so my videos are spread out. It is so cool to get positive comments you have no idea how much we appreciate positive people!

Same one I got. It sucks. Mine wasn't square at all. I had to shim it with washers to get it even remotely centered. The tightening method is crazy too...captured nuts *and* threaded holes. You can't really get the nuts tight. The wires were super brittle. They broke twice when I was trying to connect the LED to the power wires. How did you get the reflectors on? The shanks were so short I couldn't get the nuts to bite. I actually cut mine down so it would fit flush against the body. I just used a dremel with a cut off wheel.

I did not use washers and barely got them to bite “reflectors”. Everything else goes with the universal fit territory. You have to make it fit. I Cut a slot so the led wires would lay in hole and bolted in the leds.

@@swampfoxmoto5959 I cut a little channel for the wire as well.
