A Honda 400ex is definitely slower than a yfz 450r. However you can compete pretty well! The honda 450er is faster on my opinion than the yfz450r but the yfz handles so much better than the honda

@BrewerOffroad I had a Yamaha blaster a few years ago, made a bit faster than stock, what can you compare it to on a 4-stroke because I would rather be faster than slower and preferably a quad that has more potential to make it faster, but not a quad which costs 10k what would you recommend as a quad I was told that a yfz 450 is better than a raptor 700

@fearoshima666 blasters can be pretty quick but a 400ex is considerably faster. The yfz 450 is king in my book next to a trx250r but yeah the yfz 450 is the king!

@fearoshima666 if you are getting a fuel injected yfz you'll want a Vortex ECU. This will really unleash the power of the yfz. Exhaust is really a preference I really like Dasa. Fuel Customs Intake is amazing. Those are all power mods. Handling I would get Urmosi SBC 720 Clamps and a Precision Stabilizer. That's basically it. You don't need any of these things because the yfz is a savage machine but these things make it even more savage
