Honda Accord Radiator Fan/ Cooling Fan Replacement (2003-2007)

This is a step by step tutorial on how to replace your cooling fan/ radiator fan on a 2003-2007 Honda Accord 4-cylinder. A faulty cooling/radiator fan can cause over heating and a/c issues if not repaired.

Question, since you leaked out a little bit of coolant when removing the top hose off, did you end up refilling or flushing the whole system out and then refilled????

Hey! Can you tell me if the radiator has a cooling fan switch in the bottom? I have a “2007 Honda Accord” but I think someone rebuilt it with maybe an 03 parts? I’m not sure. I need help! Lol

Hey thanks for watching! My cooling fan doesn’t have a switch it only has two wire connections; one on the passenger side of the cooling fan and one on the drivers side. You can see what I’m talking about in the video at the time stamp 9:23. Hope this helps! 👍🏽

@@ucanfixit1 hey got my new pump in When I went to disconnect the line that had the famous O ring failure the o ring I just replaced was cracked So I had to get another o ring. Now I have a suspicion I didn’t need the junkyard power steering pump even tho I already installed it. because as soon as I put a new o ring back it was perfect. Now I have a extra pump lol . Note to self don’t over tighten the line with the o ring ever

Can you come and change my fan? 😂 Watched your video on why the blower for the AC wasn’t working. My friend followed your video and both the relay and transistor were good. Can the fan be the only other reason why the blower stopped blowing?

Hey thanks for watching. Did you test the fan to see if it was good or bad and I would change your fan but I’m only local lol Florida.

@@ucanfixit1 Took it to a mechanic who replaced the blower motor and resistor. Not it. He said the entire interior panel with all the switches/radio/CD player needs to be replaced, to the tune of $187 on /Ebay. My mechanic friend said he turned the car on after being off all night and for 5second air came out. He thinks it might be the sensor near the radiator. At this point, Am I throwing good money after bad? I can't even figure out how much to sell it for with these major repairs. Any suggestions would truly help. Also needs 2 front tires and a rear bumper to pass inspection. Thanks for listening.
