The main problem with ALL these significant repairs where the passenger cage has been distorted or chassis rails bent, is that no matter how good or diligent the person doing it, it will never be as good or strong as the original robot assembled shell. In places it will be too strong due to new over welded part, others weak from stretched and stressed folds. In an accident this can literally be the difference between living and dying. In my humble opinion, no car THIS badly damaged should ever be allowed back on the road. In the UK this would be marked for scrap only and not allowed to be repaired.

Until the late 90s, these types of vehicles were sold as slightly defective because there were no vehicle expertise companies. If you show it to a normal mechanic, he will only report the visible defects. In Turkey, second-hand vehicles cannot be sold without showing them to expert companies. Expert reports are mandatory in vehicle transfer transactions, and even when there was no expertise, such vehicles were sold. There were those who sold it as flawless and flawless.
