Is there a speaker in the trunk? My 2003 had way better bass, which speakers do I need to replace to get a better sound in my 2012? Past a certain volume the bass and subwoofer becomes distorted.

Most of the stock radio systems on those 7th generation Accords were much better than the 8th generations, especially for bass.

I have a 2010 Honda Accord Coupe LX and only the left side of the car speakers work and the right rear speaker work but they all have that buzz noise when it comes to the bass and treble. Do I just need to change the speakers as well like how you did in this video to be back to normal or do I need a crossover, amp, and all that other stuff with new speakers ?

shouldn't removing the Subwoofer grill just be like removing the rear corner speaker grills? Find a hole in the truck and look up for a plastic flap switch to push? Please advise. Thanks.

I watch this video and i think of the Morel elate speakers I have in my car that I did when I was living in California/military. Weird thing is that nobody has ever heard of Morel elates.....they're top of the line company. Same for my Zapco amps😏

I have a question... My 2008 accord viii has a speaker in the centre of the dashboard too. How do i get there? It ia working and my radio has a setting for the centre speaker too. Another question. I count 10 speakers in my accord, but I wonder if it is because people dont count those as extra speakers? Front (2 in doors) (2 tweeters) (1 center) Rear doors (2 speakers) Rear window panel (2 speakers) and (1 subwoofer) Total 10 speakers. Maybe you guys dont count the tweeters and subwoofer as speakers?

Hey bud, I replaced my rear speakers, clip the connector and wired them right into some after market speakers. Now I don’t have any sound in any of my speakers. Got Andy idea what went wrong? Radio still comes on like normal just no sound.

If you have a pair of coaxials for this car. Is it ok to install them in the front or is there a crossover that won’t allow the speaker to get high freq for the tweeter? Do I have to get a pair of component speakers for the front? Just saw the wire diagram. So the tweeter and mid range speaker are wired in parallel without any sort of passive crossover anywhere?

I don't believe there is any crossover that would stop high frequencies from getting to the speaker (on the standard audio systems, premium audio most likely would).

This gen has some of the cheapest speakers I have ever seen. They weigh almost nothing. For those looking to save money, you can modify the original speakers (cut out the speaker) and use the frame as a mounting bracket for your new speakers.
