Nice to see it restored. I’m not a 3-wheeler fan for riding them but I grew up with them in the 80’s and always thought they looked pretty cool. There were so many 200X’s in my town in the early to mid 80’s. Crazy how they all disappeared.

I have a fully restored 87 200 X and absolutely love it, Sometimes I have to figure out which I want to ride my 88 TRX 250R or or my Is 87 200x

I'm in South Carolina I want to move back to Richmond Indiana area and I have a friend that bought a Honda 200x brand new back in 1987 and it has been sitting for years he told me I could have it if I wanted it I wouldn't mind restoring it back to New. Once I get there it might be another year it might be less this turned out great you guys have a good one man 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Well now it's spring of 2022 and we haven't seen the test video of the rust to Glory 200x

Here's what's up. John Pellan, owner of ATV Scene, 200X racer from the 1980s who still loves racing 3 wheelers today is scheduled to be our test rider. He complained repeatedly about our choice to run a desert seat foam. After I took a brief break in ride it was immediately decided that John was right on. The lower foam is essential on the 200X to pitch it into turns, even with a built motor. So, we're waiting for the seat to return with a lower foam and new cover to match and we'll be in business. Then all we're waiting on is dry conditions.

This isn’t related to the video necessarily but do you think there ever will be a test of obor tires on the channel. I got some on my quad and they’re great. I think they’re just as good as gbc tires.

Well I’m disabled and have been since I was 23 and I’m now 36 and basically I’m in the shape of 70 year old man and I have balance issues along with weakness That being said for me it gives me a sense of freedom and empowerment nothing feels like a three wheeler to me, I do like to ride my Honda rancher but the Honda atc like is really special. Because of my health issues the 280lb 3 wheeler is much easier for me to handle. Its the closest thing to a motorcycle for me which I can’t ride due to my balance issues, so along with the Honda name and nostalgia of something that was so limited I’d say it just rocks man. Plus it’s easier to work on than all the quads I’ve owned….ITS ALSO A REALLY FUN HOBBY it’s almost fun doing any type of maintenance and when it comes to personalizing it it’s even more fun(as is modding everything lol) Oh and I live in yuma Arizona so they are legal to just ride on the street, I ride my to lunch nearly every day to keep miles off my Jaguar…so I think they are cool for that but if you are an advanced quad rider who can ride banshee and raptors and yfz type bikes to the max then you will be able to learn how to kick the ass end out and that’s probably even more fun but I can’t even try it because if I fall I’ll be down for 6-12 months even if nothing breaks it’s just part of my life

Having rode two, three and four wheelers love 2/4 wheels for hill climbs and ramps but the 3wheeler just has an energy about it and they are wholesome fun I don’t know a single person that doesn’t blip the throttle feel that wheel come up and not enjoy it by showing a big ol’ smile. I’ve rebuilt 3 now on the 4th currently finally a 2-stroke version so I’m extremely excited. 3wheelers will always have a special place in my heart but I respect your opinion and realize some people dislike the setup/geometry but I think that’s why I like it(the sketch).Riding a 3wheeler for a week will really humble you especially if you’ve only ridden quads in your life.

What's going on with the lt230?

LT230 has been cleaned up a bit and is currently having a rusted bolt removed from the head pipe before reassembly. We still need to order some wheels and graphics for it. We had to take care of this 200 project before beginning filming the LT230 Let us get through the 200 test and then we'll start our next vintage video. Stay tuned.

We have been trying to get this thing filmed forever. Shoot me a message on insjagram. I will get in contact and tell you everything you want to know. This is a high flight desert seat film with a custom seat cover from Cosmic Quads. We have since gone back to a more standard height seat foam. Because this build is designed A little more for competition than recreation.
