Excellent. I've had two of these bikes, done 300,000 kms on them between them. Still have one in my garage. It's going to be my restoration project when I retire from work in one year's time. Watching your videos is very motivating for me.

I bought a black PC26 for a starter bike in a bit better condition. I am new to riding and bike repair, but I want to restore and keep it in the best condition i can. Your videos are extremely helpful for that. Good job and thank you. :)

That bike looks almost new, the next owner is going to have a blast with it. Just install some crash bars and it will be running for a very long time.

Habe die gleiche in Schwarz. Eine PC26 mit 34 tausend Km. Meine Federn hinten sind ebensfalls rostig. Was hast du zum Polieren benutzt? WD40? Sieht wieder schick aus. Gut gemacht. 👍

Sehr schön! Ja genau, wd40 hab ich verwendet. Geht eigentlich bei fast allem und ist lange nicht so aggressiv wie Bremsenreiniger. LG

Well that's far from "full restoration", it was just cleaning some 12yrs old dust but glad another CB500 will run and give joy.

How much did you sell it for? 800€? 300€ Profit means 500€ investment, but carb cleaning alone is 100€, how much did you pay for this bike?!
@rawnider26712 жыл бұрын
I sold it for 800. I bought it for 200€ Got Parts like airfilter, spark plugs, oil, Gastank cleaner, Brake fluid, cleaning devices etc. for around 150€. The transport costed me 50€. The Carbs were cleaned for 100€. And here we are at 500€ Total invest.
