Hey, very nice video :D. I am working on a Cb500 aswell, and i hope to see more on episode 2/3 maybe i can learn some stuff. Are you building a fighter out of it? How many miles does the bike have? Greetings

Hey Justin, thank you for your nice comment. Let me know how your cb is going! It has 48000 Kilometers. Yes i am planning a little, uncomplicated build. Greetings back!

@@rawnider2671 I think he's the previous owner of my CB, because at some point in its life, somebody broke the seat hinge trying to pull it out without unbolting it.

I don’t think that version of cb 500 ever came to states. I’ve never seen one.

Just been given a cb, 500s. Condition is good, 39,000 miles. Don't know why you are restoring, why not keep using it, there's nothing wrong with it as far as I can see
@rawnider26713 жыл бұрын
It doesnt look good, its dirty, doesnt run, battery is dead. Theres literally anything wrong with the bike that can be idk what ur talking about mate. Thanks for the comment tho
@dannyjonze3 жыл бұрын
@@rawnider2671 it's grubby and a bit uncared for. Not rusty or broken so looks not bad at all. If the engine is broken then that's another story.
@rawnider26713 жыл бұрын
@@dannyjonze yes you are definetely right there. Yet i am not a professional mechanic and as described in the title its a restorarion on a budget. Means the engine wont be opened, the frame wont be blasted and sprayed, and so on. Its a thing that anybody could do for a little buck and that was my goal here!
