@@arunshiva1997 .... take One hour rest ...more than enough .... If you ride the vehicle more than 70 km speed ... engine will get more and more heat ...it is better to ride 50-60 km speed for best mileage and life of the vehicle ...

Engine oil matum full synthetic oil podunga. Change oil every 2000 km . No need to worry about your bike
