Honda CB500 Scrambler Build Project - Part 6 - Rusty Frame Repair

Starting on patching the rust holes in the CB500 frame. I wasn't able to do as much in this video as I'd have liked, due to a broken welder.

If the problem is water getting in the tube and not getting out, and rusting it inside out; consider squirty foam in the tube to seal it. This has been an issue on (hollow) swingarms on Honda NC30s, and it's a known fix.

Probably not, the shape of the frame is very specific to the tank, so a different tank won’t easily work
