A nice ride over the Klausenpass in Switzerland. The bike is restricted to 48 HP and has the stock exhaust on it.

Spectacular views and I think you're riding was spot on my friend don't let anyone bring you down with negative comments. I have to wait for the 2025 model of the cb650r here in Canada we didn't get the new 2024 with the e-clutch. The E clutch gives you the best of both worlds if you want to go spirited riding and you don't want to have to worry about the clutch you turn it on and you've got a quick shifter up and an auto blipper downshifter. Enjoy.

Wow crazy view I’d go up and down that road a few times if I was there. Awesome bike too hehehe Btw what camera are you using?
@noxrides4 жыл бұрын
Yes, it's really unbelievable once you're up there. It was the first of four mountain roads on a 11 hour long trip, so we still had a lot of great roads ahead. Yep, the CB is really awesome, but you know that already :D In this video I'm using the GoPro Hero 7 and a Zoom H1N under the pillion seat for sound recording (which sadly picked up a lot of vibrations that day - specially in higher refs).
@RUBBERNMETAL4 жыл бұрын
@@noxrides nice! Your video is super crisp I think it’s 60fps right. I wanted a zoom sound recorder as well heard its really good at capturing good quality sound but didn’t get around to it. How’s your butt on that 11 hour trip? The seat is a bit hard on the CB isn’t it?
@noxrides4 жыл бұрын
@@RUBBERNMETAL yep it's 60fps. Yes, the seat is kinda hard, but after 8000km I got used to it. Stopping every few hours helps :D

@@noxrides haha yes need to stop every now and then. Mines still at 2,000km. Maybe it will soften over time. Hopefully.

The bike is restricted to 35 HP and the elevation of nearly 2000m plus the steep incline (which isn't as noticable in GoPro footage) result in what you see in the video :D

Is the motorcycle comfortable for longer rides over +300km, what is the seating position or is it like a neked motorcycle? Thanks

no its not comfortable. an aftermarket seat might fix the issue

Nice video :). Is there a way to rent a motorcycle in Swiss?
@noxrides Жыл бұрын
Thanks! I'm not from Switzerland, so I can't tell you if there's some market place where you would find bikes to rent. But I'm pretty sure you can rent bikes from local dealers somewhere. Probably depends on where in Switzerland you want to go :)

Great vid BUT I can not force myself to contiune watching how badly you are hurting your motrcycle. Each and every single downshift is like kicking it straight in balls... I'm literally feeling the pain tha your motorcycle feels at each downshift... Learn rev-matching before you destroy gearbox ;-)

Don't worry, I learned rev matching already. Have a look at the last CB video I uploaded in March last year and tell me if that's more to your liking :D

Goodness me kid... What's wrong with the exhaust...? It sounds terribly dated and loud, it seems that the engine's really struggling. Get the exhaust fixed.
@noxrides4 жыл бұрын
There is nothing wrong with the exhaust. In higher RPMs the vibrations of the engine vibrate the microphone under the seat. That creates this sound.
@kimriley24914 жыл бұрын
@@noxrides There's no sound created in the video but some loud, disturbing noise. You probably have a damaged exhaust there.
@noxrides4 жыл бұрын
@@kimriley2491 yes there is, but thanks for your advice. I think I should know what the bike sounds while riding compared to what the microphone picks up 😂
@kimriley24914 жыл бұрын
@@noxrides You should just get the exhaust fixed out of common courtesy and out of respect. You do realize people actually live there in the Swiss Alps so stop disturbing them with that loud noise generated by that damaged exhaust. 💚

@@kimriley2491 still not damaged and not very loud, trust me on that. It's the stock exhaust and always sounds like this (without the noises generated by the vibrations).
