Bro , my cbr 250r had the same noise , it's actually the issue with the muffler ( silencer ). In my cbr ,3 shells in the silencer were loose. That's the noise , nothing else. Don't try to replace other things and spend the money unnecessarily. Many welding shops will cut the silencer and fix the noise. It cost me around 1000 rupees only. So don't change other engine parts of cbr. Cbr 250r has a best and very refined engine. If u change the oil , Oil filter and air filter periodically, nothing will happen to that engine.
