Im just starting my engineering and fabrication course at college in a few months and my forks on my cbr125 are ruined, 60k miles has worn them so badly that no amount of new seals will stop them leaking now so i want to replace them, so why not upgrade them? I already rebuild rebuilt the engine, rewired new controls, fitted a 30mm carb and ported the head to match the carb... would be nice if the worn out suspension could keep up. Im definetly going to try a fork conversion, maybe cbr250/300 forks? Going to try use honda parts

That's rad man! my forks were bent from crash damage so I thought the same as you, may as well upgrade them if Im going to replace them. Using Honda forks is a good idea and would probably be easier, I just used the KTM because I got them cheap and I wanted to convert to upside down forks.

What wheels will you use on this??

Hey man, I am using Kawasaki Ninja 250 wheels in this bike with custom spacers to make them fit. I think you could also use the CBR125 wheel pretty easily of you wanted to. In the other video on my channel showing the brake upgrade I show what I had to do to fit the Kawasaki front wheel.
