The engine of the CBR 250r and the CBR 300r are basically the same except of the slightly longer stroke of the CBR 300r which leads to better efficiency and a little more power. You would not notice any difference I guess.

@@DB-dw7zx between the Ninja 250 and the Ninja 300 there is probably a bigger difference because these are two cylinder engines and a 250 two cylinder Emgine is very very small regarding the size of the cylinders. Here they also increased the stroke and this means more torque low down which is probably very noticable. Compared to the Honda, I am sure the Ninja performs much better but the single cylinder Honda is cheaper and has even more torque low down. I did choose the Honda for the price.

yes you can use it, but its not only that, needs a cylinder block for 300CC because 300's crank is little bit longer than 250.
