The whole intern thing was boring for the first couple of minutes, but then I saw the analogy. a creative one this. Very meta. Thinking about it for a while, when you have to review a litre class motorcycle, the thing is so exciting it barely needs any selling. But to make a video about a regular car entertaining, is more difficult.

Finally someone addressing to the exact problem I felt with the current gens of city. It was astonishing when it first came. Yeah, that word sums up the level of awe it created amongst the public when it first came out. For many, it was a status symbol. But the current iterations just doesn't do it's legacy justice. Now, it's just a car that you'd buy if you can't buy an accord. Gosh, Rohan. I am a fan of your work, man! From the construction of the video to the content. Great Job!

PD experimenting with new styles. PD winning more hearts. The video, the audio, Tenhut, the Ray of new mindset and the City; felt so good after watching it. City is one of my favorites, specially the first gen. The same model was launched as Civic I guess in other countries. I was in love with that model since I started playing NFS UG1. And till date I love it. The best part was the end where you guys put the Gen 1 in the video. And Ray, yu are gooood man.. 👍 And whosoever writes the scripts for yu guys should have his salary doubled. 😛 PD guys, you rock. ❤️

The video could have been shorter by about 5 mins. One of the reasons why Powerdrift is successful because it is not monotonous. But this one clearly has gone overboard treading on the extreme other end of the spectrum, making it borderline annoying. Much like PD's reply to the comment above, the 'extreme end territory' can be a tricky one ;) - an honest opinion of an otherwise fan of PD

Yeah , the closing statement of car being imperfect is quite true. I have been fortunate to own the Honda City 2014(V) edition and 2017 (VX) edition too But although with all the bells and whistles added the price tag seems to be high. In the 3 months I owned the new cars - The rear AC vents dont work as efficient as the previous one I owned. (My MOM the BOSS has been complaining) - The reverse camera is BIG DISAAPPOINTMENT (This means MY DAD has to work harder in the nights to PARK) - The infotainments has had an update almost every 3-4 weeks - Unlike the 2014 edition The mike of bluetooth connectivity has been placed near to an AC vent which means the person you talk too can notice the disturbance. (Itz good I can always fool my BOSS of having a BAD network) - The tyres might have some degradation(Not sure) The 2014 was a game changer considering the user experience I hope this is useful :) Lastly PowerDrift I just love your work.

congrats guys a prefect review. and awesome presentation. its so true that manufacturers these days try to add all the gadgets that you can find in the market to make sales and that formula works for most people. there are some people like me who wants a car for its driving pleasure. the first gen city its a masterpiece. we want that flair back. And that is the same reason i like the ford figo rs more than any other sports cookups from manufacturers. they improved the drivability of the car other than giving some more gadgets and slapping a​ rs or sport badge. any of these gadgets we can buy aftermarket without doing illegal mods to car. Old city is timeless. Love for cars increased four fold when I saw this beauty back in school . Cruising design. I too felt the city needed an overhaul instead of a facelift. But still an eyecatcher . Agree with the intern. 15lac is pretty steep . Now that new Verna is around with a refine setup and features. Great review. The format maybe not the best of ur videos but still a new taking . Cheers

Hi, I'm a great fan of powerdrift :) and a fan of city's 1.5 ivtec too... One thing I noticed in the latest City (2017) is that there is a flaw in the new digipad system. Mic for bluetooth telephony is placed just below the AC vents. Unless the fan speed is kept at lowest position, there is a huge disturbance in between the conversation ! Can you guys check out that . I have registered a complaint through the Honda dealer. If anyone else is feeling the same then please register a complaint through your dealer. New digipad system requires a design revamp. Honda should get it right for customers who are paying 15 - 16 Lakhs for the car
