It's not precipitation on the outside of the pipe, and the pipe is not leaking. It's condensation. The pipe is so cold that it causes the moisture in the air to form water drops.

It’s best to take it to mechanic u know, Don’t make the same mistake like I did and waste 150 on ac refrigerant…just to find out I need a new radiator. Oh yeah if ur car hasn’t been in accident u have a warranty so take it to the dealer to fix it for free. Call Honda to make sure about the warranty for what year u have.

3 things a ac system needs. 1. Refrigerant 2. Working compressor 3. Working condenser fan. Could be your compressor clutch is failing to engage, but really easy to check for yourself.
