Honda prelude non sh years 97+ axles works with the fronts without any mods if using the crv hub/spindle. The type r rear spindle works for the rears as well if you have problems sourcing it then the prelude in the video is viable.

Only problem is your bleeder valve on the rear is pointing down which means you won't get all the air out the system

You have to bleed the brake with the bottom loose and some wood or something in between so you can swing it and then bleed it.

If you use crv spindles they are for 36m axles. To use the crv spindles to accept 32m axle you have to only switch the hub to part# 63039. Same wheel bearing works.

For the rear calipers, what brake line hose did you use? RSX/ep3 stock brake line hose or did you put the integra brake line hose? Doing the conversion on my hatchback as well and would like to know this little detail. Thanks!

@@whalley7 I believe I used my rsx brake line and screwed it to the hardline of my 96 hatch because I don't see the brake line in my rsx that I use for parts. I know for the fronts I used my first gen CR-V brake lines. Saw another video where a guy used his stock rear DC brake lines for rsx/ep3 calipers.

Yes the e brake cables were just ones compatible with the rear disc conversion so I believe integra or civic si would work. Sorry what were the carrier slider bolts?

They are both the same. But if you ask for type s, it will be more expensive. Just ask for the base model and it will be cheaper.

It wont. You need custom axles from Insane Shafts, I tried building my on 36mm D series axles and wasn't successful.

for the front spindle, do u use the crv lower balllllll joint or did u reused the ek lower ball joint? and do u have to replace the rsx e brake to the integra?

Ball joint are the same integra civic crv. The e brake just swap the e brake bracket use the same integra e brake cable... for reference in the front hub you can use 32 mm rsx BASE model hub, stead 36 mm

You can’t have the bleeder screw upside down on the caliper you will never be able to bleed out the caliper

You have to bleed the rear brakes with the caliper and rotor removed to flip it upside down. It is a pain.
