Thanks for the video. 1) Looks like a good time to replace the spark plugs. At how many miles should this be done? 2) My 2012 CRV does the VVT actuator rattle on cold start-up. Since it is right there, should I replace all or part of it? Thanks

Why would you recommend Hondabond over an aftermarket but not use a Honda gasket kit? Not trying to be smart, just honestly curious about the reasoning.
