Im very suprised how good that thing goes in forest trails or turns..awesome trail bike :D good handling for -89. top end power isnt miracle but my carb jets are still rich.

I had an 89 CR250 in 1993 when I was 18yrs old. I'm 44 and purchased a 1990 CR250 2mths ago. It's in my dinning room. Your bike sounds mint!!

Had 84 it was as fast as my Kx five hundred. I'm dirtbike less in Davenport .All is not lost. Have 94 gsxr 750 with 2001 1200 bandit motor in it. Waiting on batt.2 months before street bike season. Keep ripping.

finding this channel must be fate. im about a week away (hopefully) from fully rebuilding my 89 cr250 screamin eagle from the frame up after it lying in pieces in my mums shed for 13 years. im 34 now and i feel like a kid again. never made a youtube vid but might have to now. i live in a 14th floor apartment now, rebuilds in my livingroom, the plan is to ride her down the stairway caus she wont fit in the lift

I have a 91 cr250r I rebuilt about 9months ago. Those old bikes are just awesome. Was a fun project for me. Plus the look of the old bikes just looks better in my opinion. They have character to them. Not saying new bikes don’t look good. I like the vid. Just riding around

I have bad memories of this bike, my friend had same bike 15 years ago, I had a test ride and the throttle stuck wide open on me. Watching the fpv brings it all back lol. Ended with me in a Bush and the engine imploded itself!

Yes I heard -89 is latest -80s era 'beast' engine. Honda did changes yr after yr.. some models are less powerful/or no big hit in middle

Hard to say.. -89 CR250R feels good retro bike. Front suspension is typical Honda feel. :) nervous. Bike is sweet woods bike. I like the look of these.. very classic!

jonkin verran olen ajanu veljen 95, ei mitään suurta eroja. tässä on ainakin paremmassa kunnossa alusta, moottori,(kaasari liian rikkaal vielä).. 95 ketterämpi on ja ulkosesti eri aikakautta.. ysäri pyörä. Varmaan se on tehokkaampi ku siihen tulee kunnostettu sylinteri, ala-kerta hondan alkp ihan uusi ym.
