Honda 250 strokes don't come much better 86 maybe but your bike sounds crisp

Check the crank shaft run out and see if it is about 0.003" out of round ..set to zero and feel the difference

@@ArmathuX the factory gives a tolerance of about 0.003 " and says there good to go ..you can come that close in about two wacks with a brass Hammer ..the factory not going to spend all day truing up one set of fly wheels..but to take out that last 0.003 might take a good while and so the factory widens the window Heres what to expect you have it within 0.001" and. You hit the fly wheels one more time and jumps a 0.002" thats 0.001" too far ..hit it one more time back the other way and there is a good chance it lined up and reads all zero when you turn the crank by hand on a set of "V" blocks .if its out and all are off from the factory. One fly wheel will be ahead of the other ..if you think about the rod big end pin is trying to do s figure ,"8" and go up and down st the same time. And so does ypur piston .if you have ever seen rod bearing big end pin besrings thar are fat in the middle and then tapperd to a point on both ends the crank was off about 0.003". it will be a hole different bike when shes:"zeroed" out....check the torque on your motor mount bolts of the 8mm and 10mm. Its not very much 25-30 ft lbs for 8mm 45 - 50 for 10 mm but look it up ..
